Frequently asked questions

For either full membership or quality assessed membership, a full overnight inspection takes place, which includes a restaurant inspection at no additional cost.
Our inspector will book in anonymously for an overnight visit and they will declare themselves on departure the following morning, allowing them to experience the stay as an everyday guest.
Once payment has been received, we aim to complete the inspection within 6 to 8 weeks.

Yes, we ask for the bed and breakfast rate to be refunded upon departure. All other costs, including meal costs, are incurred by the inspector.
